Dear Clients and Friends

It looks like the Winter is finally over in chilly Florida. This was the coldest Winter for the last 30 years. But now the sun is shining and the birds are singing. The town fills up with Tourists who are enjoying are nice beach.

The economy is finally slowly but surely recovering. I just put an other business under contract and closing will be within 10 days. Bars and Restaurants and other "Make me feel good" -businesses are doing really well. If you are a Buyer with money and guts I encourage you to call me, so we can see if there is the right business out there for you.

 

I just closed successfully a transaction after having it under contract for several month. We had actually three closings (Bank, Business and Property) for one deal.
