Dear Customers

I just closed successfully a transaction after having it under contract for several month. We had actually three closings (Bank, Business and Property) for one deal.

The Seller has sent me the following note:

I just wanted to say thanks for a job well done.
I'm sure this has not been an ordinary business transaction for you and if you had not taken things in your own hands to help the buyer, the lawyers and myself, I think this deal would not have happened.
