Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing some technical problems with my website. I sincerely appologize for that. We are trying to fix the issues as quickly as possible and it should be all done by the end of the week.

I just got two new listings (Bagel Restaurants) and an other in the pipeline (Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant). One of my listings is under contract with closing coming up soon. I also got a new client who gave me a very challenging task: I have to remodel, reorganize and restructure a small Boutique Hotel with a private Tennis Club, The Swiss Inn and Tennis Center. This job is just made for me. I am enjoying the challenge of reorganizing this small business and bring it back on its feet.

So yes, I am busy, working every day and most of all still in business and enjoying my profession! With passion, knowledge and experience I accomplish all the different tasks. I am sure you heard the expression: "If you want to get something done, give it to a busy person!"

Next year in February will be my anniversary of being in business successfully for 20 years !
